Its really just another technique to cure loneliness. It worked because you "no longer felt lonely". So what? Is this a progression towards some better state? Your still only ever shifting chairs on the the deck of your dream, nothing wrong with that but is it any different than watching "Home Improvements" on TV?
Dafuq! Everybody lookin' for sumpin' "better" all the time. Always wantin' a "better state" then they in. And I don care what ya say... Home Improvements was a fookin' good show! Better than most...

It seems post-modern gurus these days must come across as "The Working Man's Guru" or "The Ordinary, Everyday Master" kinda thingy.
They say what's always been said, but it's the personality behind the words that drive the words home for most peeps. This has always been the case.
