Egocentrics Hate to Suffer...

Since the Big Bang, causally determined actions have unfolded along evolutionary lines completely absent any action egocentrics could apply to alter or reverse this direction simply because egocentrics did not exist, but were to become ineradicably linked to that natural predetermined causal pattern.

Nevertheless, the moment egocentrica mammalia got the bright idea that he had a 'self' floating around somewhere between his ears, he immediately fabricated a belief system to match that delusion and then attempted to remove himself from the unfolding actions of the natural order.

However, for centuries he did attempt to live in accord with the patterns of the causal order by cooperating with it. Yet, by believing he could CHANGE the direction the causally determined universe has been following, long before fat-brained, belief-vomiting egocentrics were allowed the opportunity to manifest as living organisms, egocentrica mammalia sought to remove himself completely from that order by fabricating fictional realities that he proclaimed more significant than the causally determined universe that spawned him.

If egocentrica mammalian's ridiculously stupid beliefs were NOT supposed to exist and cause chaos and destruction, the determined causal order would have seen fit to extract them from it's natural order of things. Yet, the fact that egocentric beliefs exist, demonstrate quite conclusively, that they are a part of the natural order.  In other words, you're supposed to believe that patently fictional bullsheit that you now believe.

By making fiction more real than fact, egocentrica mammalia embarked on his own eventual destruction simply because even “he” is a fiction. Nevertheless, he has ordained his fictional self with universal importance above and beyond what the predetermined causal orde has in store for him. However, he does all this with the full and complete blessings of the predetermined causal reality that gave him existence, because he has no choice. He can believe he is outside that order (fictional bullsheit), but he cannot remove himself and he never has...

This belief that egocentric humans could somehow alter the direction that has been determined by a universe, that allowed them to exist in the first place, continues on to this day and all because egocentrics hate to fooking suffer. Suffering is a necessary criteria of the natural order and you should be blissfully happy to be a part of that. It is bona fide proof you exist.

The fact is clear. The universe desires egocentrica mammalians do exactly what they do or what they do would not be done. Ergo, the obvious conclusion is that egocentrics are preordained to fook up the planet and there is absolutely nothing they can do to reverse that direction. All because egocentrics hate their suffering, even though the natural causal order has ordained that they MUST suffer.

Egocentrica screams at the universe, “I refuse to suffer!” Obviously, the universe that allows for a predetermined causal order that created egocentrica mammalia, doesn't even hear his constant bleating.

Egocentrica mammalia seeks to end suffering because he believes it should not be there, even though the natural causal order, that gave him life, so decreed it exist exactly as it does. Yet, once you recognize that suffering is an inherent and crucial part of existence, why seek to relieve it? Same as death, which is also an inherent and crucial part of natural existence. Why seek to prolong life? Why seek to heal the sick? Why complain about gassed children in Syria? Why seek to stop wars from occurring if it is universally preordained, else they would not occur at all?

The obvious answer is that egocentrica mammalia, as a species, is as much universally preordained to start wars as he is to seek an ending to war and this cannot be altered or tampered with to achieve any appreciable change in this dualistic equation. Centuries of war and peace have demonstrated this fact and all the spiritual religious hocus pocus in the world will not make a speck of difference in altering this fact ever.

I love how spiritualists throw around the concept “collective consciousness” as if in the collective consciousness were nothing but pink ponies and unicorns. Any consciousness collective would have to have as much blood and gore as it has rainbows and cuddly bunnies.

But you cannot bust outa the programming and the programming has always informed that life is “sacred.” This perception has been cause of much suffering, simply because the predtermined causal order of the natural world holds nothing sacred.

There are essentially 2 types of suffering. Natural and man-made.

Natural suffering is based on nature’s complete indifference to our fabricated fictions about the sacredness of life and how one should conduct one's life in the “sacred” time one is allotted. Nature cares not a spit about your family, your education, your career, your bank account, your business, your possessions, your body, your status, your life, etc, etc, nature, very simply, doesn’t give a rats patoot about YOU. It can take you out in the most horrendous ways regardless of the "truths" you value, simply because its Truth trumps all others.

Nature is utterly and blatantly indifferent to our values, i.e., honor, respect, compassion, love, truth, spirituality, friendship, justice, equality, sacrifice, etc, etc, etc, ad nauseam. These, and millions more like them, are fabricated fictions and are the 2nd type of suffering. They simply do not exist anywhere in the natural world and to adopt them as the purpose and nature of your existence is to adopt suffering

As you might know, based on the "happiness scale," the happiest people reside in Calcutta, mostly in abject poverty and squalor. They need deal mostly with natural suffering and significantly fewer fabricated fictions as the U.S., who scored very low on the happiness scale and whose population takes the lead for most antidepressant medication use.

And now we are watching a great deal of our fictions began to dissolve into the nothingness from which they arose, with much hand wringing and gritting of teeth.

There will not be one great collapse, just the ebb and flow of marvelous waves of great suffering. The suffering must go on. Egocentric man exists to suffer. That is his purpose, no matter how hard he stamps his feet demanding it be gone and, it should now appear obvious, that after centuries of unabated suffering, his purpose is to suffer and die. What other purpose has the universe allotted him? And all his attempts to relieve his suffering through constructing ever more complicated fictions through which to conform, simply create additional suffering because nature simply does not care.

So carry on...suffer and seek relief, suffer and seek relief, suffer and seek relief, on and on, over and over, ad nauseam...and then die (look at this in your own existence).

Such is the actual purpose of egocentrica mammalia. Hence, the question asked is how does one exist in a predetermined causal order in which one’s purpose is to suffer and continuously seek relief from that suffering because one believes it should not exist?

Just that and nothing more…

(However, there are those who have adapted to the predetermined causal order and are free of the need to have it any other way. But you rarely meet those folks, because their anonymity is part of that realization).

Egocentric Survival

"You" are an ego-self and the ego defines itself so profoundly by what it suffers through that to be absent of suffering is to be absent of identity.

However, for an ego not to identify with its experience of itself is not to exist and therefore, suffering emphasizes your “survival” and hence, continued existence. The main purpose of egocentricity is to “survive” (or remain centric or ‘centered’ in a ‘self’) and inherent to that survival is suffering. Therefore, an ego must seek out suffering as a means of identifying its main purpose of survival and, thereby, self-actualize. Your survival is the prime objective of egocentric identification and the more self-actualized and developed your ego is, the better your chances.

Simply look at your ‘self’ now, as you suffer through your days in the drive for momentary pleasures. You feel your pleasures indicate actual “living” but, make no mistake, it is your suffering that symbolizes your experience of being  “alive,” because the end of suffering would be the end of “you.” Without the suffering inherent to survival, who or what would you be?

You identify with a concept of self that does realize this, since it is associated with all the ego’s experiences. Yet, also inherent to that egocentric concept of ‘self’ is UNAWARENESS. Wrapped up in your egocentric identification is an unawareness that has become completely natural for you. This MUST remain “natural” as long as identification persists and there can be NO extraction from this predicament. The ego is what “you” believe you ARE and to terminate that belief requires the ego’s allegiance, which is impossible for an ego contingent on survival for self-actualization, although you may adopt a “non-dual” perspective and pretend that it doesn’t matter as a means of mitigating your pain. But then… every egocentrically adopted ‘perspective’ MATTERS, or why else would it be adopted and everything that matters must be suffered through.

Have you finally recognized that, in all your supreme and profound efforts to dissolve your egocentricity, amazingly it finds a way to remain INTACT and persist in suffering?

You could never escape your ‘self,’ since “you” require the participation of your ‘self’ to begin with. There is a part of your mind that is egoless, but in your belief that “you” are an egocentric, you have no way of communicating with that part and merely attach to egocentric concepts like “soul” or “spirit.” Although the ego-self can masquerade as “egoless,” by parroting the many ‘exalted’ in your world that make such claims, it could never adopt a belief that denies its egocentricity (exaltation is the height of egocentricity and that’s why you seek to emulate those models). This is contrary to the prime objective of “survival.” Thus, your only alternative is to dissociate from the prime objective.

Does this mean you should want to die?

It is your fear of death that makes the “idea” of death real for you, thus reinforcing and strengthening the ego’s appetite for survival. The ego has easily incorporated “wanting” death into its repertoire, since death reinforces its existence and facilitates “survival” as the chief means of self-actualizing in a “world” where death is treated as profoundly "real." Everything you do is in rebellion from death. But your rebellion inadvertently makes it real for you. Lay down your arms and embrace the enemy, for in your acceptance it easily dissolves, as you learn that it never existed in the first place. Some learn this only upon the moment of death.

So what’s the difference between wanting death and not wanting to survive?

You have NO personal experience of death, but you do experience your numerous means of survival. In fact, it takes up your mind and the whole of egocentric existence. Every day you seek to further actualize yourself in a world perceived as honoring DEATH and you demand your idea of a body conform to your idea of death. Every choice you make is made to further accentuate and improve your chances of survival based on your experience of a world that reflects these needs everywhere you look.

The objective of the ego is survival, but only because it has assured you of death. Survival opposes death, thereby, confirming the idea of death as real and unraveling the entire dualistic experience of ‘self’ and ‘world’ in chronic opposition in the battle to survive and maintain the idea of a 'life' prior to death.

If you wish to maintain the ego-self, then you must defend its experiences and that includes the numerous means of experiencing its ideas of death. The main method of defense is fear. You fear awakening to truth and thus, construct experiences to keep that fear alive and kicking. As long as you identify with these experiences, so long will survival be desired as a means to reinforce DEATH.

In the egos estimation the whole purpose behind the idea of your birth was to do battle with your idea of death and to the egocentric mind, there is no other reason to the inner experience you call 'life.' In identifying with the part of your mind that conceptualizes “death,” this delusion is camouflaged through ‘unawareness.' Simply look closely at your experience of a world and your complete indifference to the suffering and death of others (except for token efforts to appease egocentric guilt). Death is so absolutely REAL to you, that survival seems to be your only alternative.

Then why should you care about the death of others, when in fact their suffering and death merely reinforces the prime objective of SURVIVAL and, as we all know…

…only the fittest will survive and, thus, “life” becomes nothing more than vain and deluded attempts at reinforcing your survival needs.

Real or Illusion? (it makes NO “difference”)

You have so many things to take care of in your life. In fact, you often feel overwhelmed by too many problems and worries. But if you resist truth, existence must always seem overwhelming as you remain victim to one ‘problem"’ after another.

Truth cares little for what you ‘do’ and, because of that, is always IN everything you do and when you are certain of this, what you do will reflect that fact and be true for YOU as well.

But you’ve got a kids, work, bills, etc, etc. How can you ever expect to be aware of truth when life pulls you in so many directions?

Yet, why seek to make truth absent to specific circumstances? All your resistance come from the need to differentiate between levels of truth. The ego struggles to judge what is true as opposed to what is NOT true, beautiful as opposed to ugly, innocent as opposed to guilty, etc, etc, etc. Differences between the starving child of Ethiopia and the billionaire in Manhattan must be perceived by the ego in order to assert itself into its experience of a ‘world.’

Yet, truth has no levels and NO differences, because it includes NO opposing contrasts and attaches to NO specific circumstances or conditions. There is truth in everything you do, if only YOU didn't need to perceive ‘differences.’ Otherwise, you will only continue to seek out the differences and fail to realize the certainty of truth.

All experiences are true. Yet, because the ego requires truth be what it determines, it judges truth as absent in some circumstances, while present in others. Truth does not conform to egocentric expectations and therefore, is never absent when you choose, nor is it present by choice.

Thankfully, you have nothing to do with it.

However, many religions and philosophies teach you that the world is “illusion.” This obviously invites the individual egocentric ‘self’ to make determinations based on past experience (since the ego-self is entirely composed of past experience) in order to press itself INTO its experience of a “world.”

Yet, if every experience is true, your seeking differences demonstrates that you have determined otherwise and will subsequently continue to differentiate between true and false experiences. Truth is easy to understand and does not require learning. However, although your lack of understanding does NOT change Truth, YOU require it be learned and so, YOU have yet to understand it and this is why it makes no difference to the ego whether or not the world is all REAL or all ILLUSION.

Truth is certain. If it were not, it could not be true. Certainty places all the ego’s plans in jeopardy, because if ALL is certain, then everything the ego does makes NO difference TO that certainty. This invokes fear for an ego requiring the world remain uncertain, because the ego’s experience of itself is manufactured entirely from uncertainty. An ego convinced of certainty could NOT exist. Your world is a product of uncertainty, but because truth is certain, an uncertain world could NEVER exist.

Make no mistake, everything you DO is as certain as what is NOT done. Every action, every thought, every feeling, every mood that seems to spontaneously lift you up or press down upon you, is as certain as your reading these words in this very moment.

But you believe there is no certainty. You could die on your way home from work today. You can’t predict the future and that’s the only way you could be certain of anything.

An uncertain world can be seen through truth, which would naturally dissolve all uncertainty and doubt. Actually, YOU CAN predict the future and YOU HAVE. Yet, you have predicted it to be uncertain and so IT IS. Yet, how could any predictions, divorced from truth, be valid? What you expect from uncertainty is NOT True and what is NOT True could never be real.

You could experience yourself dying in a car accident. But this does not make it true except to perception that SEES differences through uncertainty. You believe in the products of uncertainty and this is what you experience because perception always FOLLOWS belief.

Yet, you protest, “Wait a minute! First you say all my experiences are true and then you say that my experiences from uncertainty are not true. Which is it?

You have NO experiences from uncertainty, although you believe you do. However, such belief does not make it true. You believe you can have experiences from uncertainty, but this is impossible, since uncertainty does NOT exist. Every experience you have is true, yet, only BECAUSE uncertainty does NOT exist.

Behind all your uncertainty and doubt is the certainty inherent to your experience of Being and fortunately for “you,” nothing is free of that and, therefore, everything IS free. Engage your world from certainty and naturally reformulate your perception completely free of all fear.

It is your uncertainty that demands that you control conditions arising from ‘chance.’ Engage your world from certainty and be free of the need to control the very conditions you impose. Everything is certain and you need control nothing.

You believe “free-will” allows you more control and more choices. This misinterpretation of free-will has led to centuries of suffering. Only when control is no longer needed is your WILL free. Yet, as long as you feel you must control the conditions that arise from uncertainty and doubt, you will always believe your are victim to the world. This is simply not true and I recommend you conduct your life as if it were false.

Thank God, “Nothing” Can Save You

It seems the entire world is plunging ever deeper into chaos. Lies and deception have become the norm, while egos collude for self-preservation. Many are suffering and, unfortunately, that will most likely increase as chaos becomes more complex and completely unintelligible.

With all our “advanced” knowledge, all our technological innovation, all our seemingly infinite libraries of ‘valuable’ information…

…suffering increases exponentially and wars continue without pause.

Yet, the ego-self always expects some degree of suffering each and every day. In fact, you have made yourself quite tolerant of suffering and even define your “happiness” as nothing more than a reduction of suffering. Because suffering is accepted as an absolute and indisputable “fact” of existence, you believe your only option is to effectively manage your suffering. This is because in your world suffering has a range of magnitude, from the least to the maximal.

The problem with this range is that, even though the ego has never experienced ‘death,’ it believes that death is the maximum level of suffering it could ever experience. Yet, ironically, the ego also considers death as an end to suffering. Such confusion means that there are times when the ego believes death is desirable and times when it must be avoided at all costs.

Obviously, dissolving death would collapse your range of suffering and this is why Christ, and many others, sought to prove that there is NO death. However, inherent in that belief is the negation of suffering since, how can that which cannot die… suffer. The ego relishes new fangled theories and ideas about death, or the “after-life,” but it will never give up its suffering.

However, you would certainly suffer if you lost your job and your house and you believe that death would have nothing to do with that fact.

On the contrary, your belief in death is always why you suffer. Death is feared more than anything the egocentric mind can comprehend and all suffering is rated by your proximity to that eventual and immediate end of ‘self.’ However, since the ego always defines itself in direct association with parts of its experience of a ‘world,’ losing parts (job, house, etc) has a tendency to reflect loss of the whole. It cannot conceptualize anything as whole and this is why the ego cannot conceptualize death and therefore, must live in fear of it. Strip away valuable parts of an egocentric self and this would engender the fear of losing the whole. This is why the rich man often commits suicide after losing his fortune, because the ego equates parts of its existence with the whole of its existence.

If you continue to equate and ally your "self" with parts of your world, you will continue to suffer, since truth is whole and unavailable in part. You are not a part of creation, but the whole of it. It could not BE without you, nor you without it. However, an ego fixated on parts could never experience this (at least, never for very long and still remain egocentric and ‘in’ the world).

The ego-self could never accept the idea that there is no “world” because that would deny and negate the parts it has accepted in defining what IT IS. The world is nothing more than ‘props’ in support of the ego’s existing as ‘real.’ Remove the props and the ego-self must suffer. However, if there is NO ego-self then the props are not ‘there’ either and what you ‘know’ (since “knowledge” is nothing more than ‘knowing’ details about the props) is nothing. If everything you ‘know’ is a product of the world, then the world is also nothing.

However, to further your learning, the ‘nothing’ you insist on ‘knowing’ must be used effectively in order to know what is beyond nothing. Otherwise, you will continue to rely on what you know and, thus, learn nothing and this would result in continued reliance on your range of suffering, which obviously comes from what you know. When, in fact, all you suffer from is the strange belief that you do NOT know truth, but instead know alot about nothing.

If there is NO self, and the world was conjured up in support of the self’s existence, than the “world’ is equally nothing. Nevertheless, from nothing, everything is possible (but only when you come to believe it is truly nothing at all).

But, you exclaim: “That’s nonsense! How can I possibly believe that the world is nothing? So I should just forget about all the pain and injustice in the world and act as if it’s nothing?”

If you choose not to ‘forget,’ then you will apply meaning where none exists and the nothing that you give meaning to will consume your mind. Continued idolization and obedience to the parts of reality is based on past learning and, since nothing you have learned is ‘knowledge,’ suffering is all you know and is what you will continue to experience. The question is, when will you know the end of suffering?

Knowledge is power, but what you ‘know’ simply confirms and insures your suffering from meaning applied to a meaningless world. Paradoxically, your full and deep engagement with the world is equal to your dissociation from the parts that you have used to define your ‘self.’ The joy of truth has nothing to do with the parts that you believe make you “happy, ” since all they really seem to do is minimize your suffering, but never END IT.

There is meaning to be discovered, but you will not discover it based on what you know because what you know attests to nothing (contrary to the fact that you think you’re a pretty smart cookie). The “nonsense” is in your mind and this is superimposed upon experience to engage a senseless ‘world’ that has become very important to you. Nothing in your world makes sense and all your attempts to make it so merely delay truth and perpetuate your suffering.

However, you have had moments in which the meaningless of your 'world' was suddenly experienced with intensely vivid clarity. Yet, fear will always obstruct realizing this fact completely. Therefore, YOU rejected the experience completely and renewed your search for salvation in a meaningless ‘world’ that YOU make real. Truth is ALL OR NOTHING and there can be NO ‘range of truth.’ However, the suffering you experience, based on the fear you have learned, has a full range of magnitude, from least to most, and therefore cannot be true at all.

If you continue to consider your suffering from an egocentric viewpoint, you will become impatient with what can never be understood in such a way, because your “best thinking got you here.” Only a separate frame of reference could ask questions from fear and this means the answer will be unacceptable and, hence, rejected, because the answer would signify nothing at all. The ego seeks the knowledge that will lead to its salvation and will never accept nothing.

Merely recognize that what you ‘know’ is cause of your suffering and begin to detach and dissociate from all ‘knowledge.’ It’s NOT what you know that leads to “enlightenment, “awakening” or “salvation” because…

…only ‘nothing’ can save you.

Enjoy Your Suffering...Because It Defines “You”

Every day you wake up...the suffering begins. This is because the ego-self (package of beliefs you call “me”) is defined by all the things it does in order NOT to suffer and this is contingent on the need TO suffer as the chief defining attribute of an ego-self.

Let’s face it, if you weren’t continually seeking a means to avoid suffering (by pursuing" happiness”) what else would you be doing? All your grand plans, and subsequent day to day activities, are devised to escape suffering.

However, ironically, the ego often demands you suffer more in order to eventually achieve the reward of NO suffering and this is the theme of all religion and spirituality.

You say, “I’m not trying to avoid suffering. I just want to be happy.” Problem is your seeking “happiness” assumes its absence and if “happiness” is absent, suffering must fill that void (because nature abhors a vacuum). Therefore, it is crucial that the ego-self continually devise new suffering strategies for which to escape, because the ego-self is a master of suffering (and it can never escape that)

The moment suffering is entirely erased from your life is the moment “you” cease to exist, simply because the chief defining factor of “you” is obliterated, taking "you" with it.

Suffering merely signifies unfilled needs that are lacking, lost or denied. Every action and behavior is entirely motivated to fill a need. Certainly, the body has needs, but an ego-self has NO real needs, simply because IT isn’t real (like a rock is real) and is nothing more than an experience you interpret as ‘real.’ There is no such thing as a ‘self,’ in any tangible sense, because it’s an ‘experience’ you made up (with a little help from your friends). You didn’t make it up in your “mind” either, since there is no such thing as “mind,” only the interpretation of experiences through ideological labels like mind, consciousness, thought, etc.

Therefore, all your experiences are completely malleable and you can shape it anyway you like.

If only you were taught that in childhood. Yet, what you were taught was “rules” and you apply the rules you learned to all your experiences so that there are only certain things that CAN be experienced. You sculpt your ‘self’ based on the rules of what a self is and what it can do and anything outside those rules is simply NOT ‘real.’

So where did you get your rules as to how your ‘life’ should be experienced?

From the scripts the world provides to escape suffering

Do you feel fulfilled in your job and career? Is your education filling a lack? Do the things you’ve collected give you a sense of satisfaction? Do you pride yourself on your intellect? Does having lots of money give you pleasure? Does your ‘family’ fulfill a need? Are you uplifted by your status and prestige? Does your “spirituality” or religion provide you with a sense of heightened importance? Do you perform actions and behaviors that make you happy? Does having thousands read your blog give you a sense of pride? Have you chosen people who make you happy, only to discard them when they no longer meet that requirement? Do you demand a certain frequency of sex to feel satisfied? Is it crucially important that your kids get good grades? Do you look forward to ‘retirement’? Do you demand you always get your “moneys worth” for the things you buy?

If none of these things aid you in the escape from suffering... not to worry. Just project it outward, away from the "mind" and blame the world from which you extracted your “happiness scripts.” The ego demands experiences be projected outward so that you can deny responsibility as Maker-of-All-Experience and, thus, blame the ‘world’ for your suffering, because the most crucial rule you learned was that you MUST always be victim OF the world. All experiences are entirely contingent upon what the world teaches CAN be experienced and that simply reinforces your victimization.

However, you could deny the world the power to define “you.”

You could end your victimization now, if you only knew how to stop it….

Got to get some food
I'm so hungry all the time
I don't know how to stop
I don't know how to stop

Got to get some sleep
I'm so nervous in the night
I don't know how to stop
No, I don't know how to stop

Got to pick up the phone
I will call any number
I will talk to anyone

I know I've gone too far
Much too far I gone this time
Don't want to think what I've done
I don't know how to stop
I don't know how to stop

There are always hidden silences
Waiting behind the chair
They come out when the coast is clear
They eat anything that moves
I go shaky at the knees
Lights go out, stars come down
Like a swarm of bees

You know I hate to hurt you
I hate to see your pain
But I don't know how to stop
No, I don't know how to stop

Street after street
Night after night
I walk on through the rain
I walk on through the rain

“YOU” are Scripted

michael-hussar-20 Do you you revel and rejoice in your unique individuality? Are you ‘special’? Do you seek attention by pressing your “unique” attributes against your experience of a ‘world’? Does your ‘self’ shrivel when ignored or negated? Do you find the need to compare and contrast your ‘ego-self’ against other egos in your experience of a ‘world’? Do you have an ‘ideal’ of what a well-developed ‘self’ really is and thus, seek to make it 'real'?

Well, rest assured my friend, this need not be. You are a fully scripted “individual” with as much uniqueness as a grain of sand.

There is NO unique individuality and every role you play has an attached script that you follow to the letter.

Closely examine all the spiritual blogs you love so much and you will see scripts being wonderfully adhered to in order to present a spiritual ‘self’ to the world. Note that all egocentric interactions are nothing more than scripted engagements.

Recognize that even my identification of scripts is itself scripted.

Ah…but note also how this grates against your ego-self, that demands its uniqueness be glorified as “you.” Note how you follow the script of anger and resentment that I would have the audacity to deny your unique individuality. Note the scripts your immediately choose to contradict my assertion.

Will you protest? Scripted! Will you ignore and avoid? That’s scripted too. There is not much you really have to choose from and attempting to become unscripted has its own script as well.

Whew!…isn’t it a relief not to have to struggle and sacrifice to uphold your “uniqueness” anymore. Isn’t it wonderful to be free of all the stress that comes from demanding your individuality be recognized as “you” Ha!

Now that’s freedom!
(of course, your “freedom” is also scripted..... sorry)

The Two Gods We All Worship

There are two “Gods” on your mind. The God of Crucifixion indicts you as guilty, while the God of Resurrection immediately acquits you of all guilt, forever.

The God of Crucifixion demands you suffer for your redemption. This God requires sacrifice and the only acceptable sacrifice… is you.

The God of Crucifixion requires that you sacrifice your life for “The Truth” and that you endure many years of suffering so you may finally ‘awaken’… before you 'die.'

However, the God of Resurrection demands no sacrifice in God’s name and teaches that there is NO “death” and thus, no suffering. This conflicts with the God of Crucifixion, because crucifixion claims that 'death' is a fact of 'life' that only a fool would deny.

The God of Crucifixion is the God of guilt and only the guilty feel called upon to sacrifice in order to meet God’s standards. This is why they must endlessly atone for their guilt. Yet, they can never be certain as to exactly what they are guilty of. Nevertheless, the God of Crucifixion assures them that they are all guilty and so they struggle mightily under this burden their entire 'life' (although, many do sometimes wonder if it is truly worth "living" this way).

The God of Resurrection pleads for your innocence in a meaningless world, because what you are guilty of cannot be ‘true.’ That’s because you made the world true, NOT God. All you need do is surrender your "truth" and claim innocence. Only those who know they are innocent are truly free.

The God of Crucifixion demands you be victim to time and so, you must struggle to make each moment count, before it’s too late. This makes ‘time’ an extremely valuable commodity that must be preserved at all costs. Otherwise, you merely waste your time.

The God of Resurrection is infinite and thus, a million years can be experienced in a moment and a moment in a million years. No sacrifice is necessary to what cannot suffer, because what does not suffer must have given up the belief in “death.” Life is lived infinitely by those unaware of time, but for all others, death makes time desperately meaningful.

The God of Crucifixion demands your guilt because you were born wrong (sin) and there’s little you can do to make that right (redemption) and so you must be guilty. In a world of right and wrong, some are punished so that others may be redeemed. A world of crucifixion is nothing more than a 'place' to separate the righteous from the damned.

Which are you?

The God of Resurrection makes no such distinctions, because a world of right and wrong could not possibly have been created by God. What was NOT created could NOT possibly exist, unless you invent it. Your world is full of inventors, but no creators.

The innocent cannot worship the God of Crucifixion. Therefore, to realize your guilt, you must see guilt in everyone else. The God of Crucifixion demands you seek vengeance for all the potential that was taken from you by those who sacrifice to the God of Crucifixion.

The God of Resurrection is aware only of innocence. To know the God of Resurrection you must realize your own innocence. The only way for you to realize your own innocence, is to be aware of the innocence in others. There is no other way.

The God of Crucifixion is only experienced through the body, because physical form is your highest, and only, calling (until death do you part). The God of Crucifixion demands that you learn what the body teaches, so that you too, can experience the pain and suffering sacrifice demands.

For the God of Resurrection, the body certainly ‘exists.’ That is, until you change what it means, which changes how it exists for you. Resurrection teaches that only the mind can create and the only purpose of the body is to facilitate that learning and nothing else.

The God of Crucifixion is above and beyond you and demands the ancient rights of sacrifice so that you may finally transcend your inadequacy and ignorance and 'know' God. The priests of crucifixion teach that you must sacrifice in order to obtain your just reward, because, "how can you have any pudding, if you don't eat your meat."

The God of Resurrection is unified with and indivisible from you. God is always right before your eyes (when you no longer seek sacrifice). You need do nothing to resurrect, because everything that could be ‘done’ only attests to the God of Crucifixion, who requires many sacred and profound acts be performed first.

Look around at your world, because what you 'see' determines the God you worship.

What do you see?

Defining Death Denies Life and Demands Sacrifice

The Jesus myth is pervasive to all cultures and this is why all cultures revere a 'person,' as serving up salvation, and miss the message that until you die to your definition of "death," living must elude you and therefore, you will die in exactly the way you define life....as eventually ending.
Well, heck, if "Jesus" is nothing but a conceptualization of your mind, then he did not suffer on the cross, YOU DID.... and most likely still do.

The concept of Jesus is the distraction just as the concept of Buddha is nothing but a distraction. It is the message that is supposed to save the suffering mind. But we miss the message and therefore, fail to live it. These "people" never existed, but then neither do "you." (I can't help it that you presently 'believe' you exist, but I imagine we all will eventually replace that distorted interpretation for something more equivalent to "truthiness").

This is something we have in common with the atheist. Only the atheist completely runs from the archetypic message, while we simply twist and distort it.

Savior myths/stories comparable to "Jesus" have been found in numerous ancient civilizations long before the Christians ever adopted it (remember Gilgamesh?). Most likely each civilization tailored the archetype to conform to its own cultural power structures (recall that Buddhism and Christianity went through numerous revisionistic councils until the approved stories were finally given to us in all their distorted glory).

The sacrifice that the cross symbolizes is played out day after day in our modern world. Note that, ironically, Christianity employs the symbol of death (cross) as primary to symbolic resurrection. Nevertheless, resurrection eludes us, since we believe we have not yet suffered enough. It seems we have learned nothing from the archetype but that it is a myth of supernatural and, thus, unattainable proportions for us mortal, weak and feeble humans. So, onward christian soldiers...rejoice in your suffering! Yet, never fear, one day we will all come down from the cross.

No wonder we chose to worship the personae, rather than live the message!

We have been stuffed with 'sacred' sacrifices until we are ready to burst and I suppose that when we do finally burst we will immediately recognize that all our seeking of purpose through suffering has been for naught. No sacrifice is necessary.

Nevertheless, even if you see it as a myth, in recognition that there was no Jesus or Buddha, it is a myth that evidently has been deemed to serve the betterment of humanity. Yet, the primordial problem is, why would humanity adopt resurrection when it has become so utterly fascinated with sacrifice?

Resurrection certainly seems to be the ultimate purpose of the savior myth. Yet, in 2000 yrs of idolizing the myth as 'true,' have we seen any tangible results, individually or collectively? Seems a bit of a time-waster, if you ask me.

"But, based on the "resurrection," didn't Jesus showed that that there is no death?"

Well...not exactly.

The real message we tend to miss is that Jesus was dead before he was nailed to the cross. And so are we, until we accept that our sacrifices are not longer necessary and we finally take the nails out from our hands (symbolically speaking, of course).

The resurrection symbolized rebirth not that "there is no death." This might seem insignificant, however, "no death" and rebirth are conceptually different. Therefore, you may 'die,' but you probably won't 'end' and this redefines the concept of death, because for most of us it symbolizes an ending to life and that's why we live our lives consistently vigilant in thwarting death. Our definition of the end of life (death) keep us consistently in fear. Thus, a life lived in fear is NO life at all.

If life is death, and that was the one and only message of the sacrifice, until you 'die' to your definition of death, you have yet to LIVE.

Jesus resurrected in order to prove there is no death and we need to stop living as if there were. But note that he didn't hang around too long afterward and many continue to expectantly await his return. (I suppose heaven is a bit too irresistible!)

Of course, return is imminent. Yet, contrary to popular opinion, it will be the return of a 'state of mind' and not a person of human form. Your resurrection is formless and of no substance, because your mind is that and when you completely join with formless and substanceless mind you will finally live free of bodily limitation. This is because, regardless of the U.S. constitution's proclamation of your inalienable rights and inherent freedoms, until the body no longer enslaves the mind, YOU ARE A PRISONER. This essentially means YOU ARE DEAD.

That's because, as most convicts will proclaim, living in prison is no life at all.
